The mental health workbook, "How To Thrive in The Virtual Classroom", is the new guide for young adults during 2021. This past year and new year have been triggering for many. It's been filled with ups and downs. People of all ages have been effected, mentally and emotionally. For some, this pandemic has trying and forced many to adjust.
Megan Gallagher, 3x TED speaker and wellness advocate for Gen Z, is a public figure in the mental health space. From age 17, she has spoken at over 750 schools across the country. As a young teenager, she struggled with debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. Often, she felt alone with her struggles and wondered if any of her other peers felt the same way. After healing through therapy, EFT tapping, meditation and journaling exercises.
Now, Megan has dedicated her entire life to helping the next generation. Through her talks, seminars and workshops she has become a source of positive light for young adults everywhere. Her goal with this book is to inspire the students at home in the virtual school and show them how they can overcome any obstacle. Megan believes that positive thinking is a powerful force and can shift anyone's reality.
